Yes, avoid webhosting which are FREE such as geocities, yahoo, etc...One reason scammers had their website hosted with FREE webhosting are for their convenience, and also need not revealed their info. WHOIS directory does not capture any of their information. Unlike a registered domain with webhosting, its required that these info be feeded.

This is sheer BS, Paypal had a list of approved countries which they can process their payment. If you hold a credit card outside the US, Canada or the UK they will be gladly process it. Another lame excuse.

• Credit Card Fraud
  Credit card fraud seems to be more of an issue for our specific type of business than many other types of online stores, web sites, and businesses. For one example, we have found that often times teenagers or young adults will use their parent's credit card to place an order with us and when the parents receive the credit card bill, they call their credit card company and complain, which often leads to the charges being refunded. Considering the time, effort, and expense it takes to produce and ship our products, we simply can't afford to loose money in this manner.

Look who's the fraud here! See they are afraid of getting chargeback if they dont deliver. Credit card company or Paypal require a proof of shipping in case of dispute by providing an Airwaybill number. So if they dont ship file a complaint.

• "Merchant Account" Providers
  Even though what we do is legal, a lot of credit card processors or "merchant account providers" and online payment services such as Paypal refuse to accept credit card transactions for our type of business because they categorize us as "high-risk". Additionally, many banks that do offer "high-risk" merchant accounts charge very high rates on credit card transactions and have additionally been known to disappear while owing merchants, such as ourselves, thousands, hundreds of thousands, and in some cases, millions of dollars. Some other "fake diploma" web sites that do accept credit cards generally lie to the credit card processors about the types of products they sell and therefore are constantly having their accounts either frozen or in risk of being frozen. This adds to the risk that if you purchase from these merchants and their account(s) are frozen, you may not end up receiving what you paid for.

What high risk? You are offering Novelty diploma dont you? A service oriented industry Paypal or Merchant accounts would approved. Unless youre a scam website then the story is different.

Stay away from them. Just look at the diploma samples and transcript do they bear a resemblance to another scam website ? Seems familiar the write up on the website?

They probably set up numerous websites to scam people. Each promoting their products in review websites.

Its a tussle of war between these scammers each and everyone of them seems to degrade and critisize one another. May they rot in HELL!

Here's a few website that you must beware, NEVER TRUST THEIR REVIEW VERY BIASED

The basic intention of both these sites is to promote their own sites which are DiplomaProfessionals .com and DiplomasUnlimited .com which of course have an unnaturally high ranking in the fake diploma review site compared to others. Other sites that get a good rank are sites which have closed down as naturally there is no threat to these guys from them. What we did to confirm our suspicions is to create about 10 or so yahoo and hotmail ids and contacted these sites in the guise of a potential customer who is interested in purchasing a fake diploma and wouldn’t you believe it we always got a reply promptly stating that you should purchase from DiplomaProfessionals .com or DiplomasUnlimited .com if you are at all interesting in purchasing a fake diploma. And we then queried if any of the other sites were any good but the answer was always that the purchase should be made from one of their own sites.

This site and its .com equivalent seems to be own by 2 different fake diploma sites and hence these two fake diploma review sites seem to be at each others throats claiming that one has copied from the other . In any case as with the earlier site any recommendations given will be for PhoneyDiploma .com its many other partner site such as Replicadiploma .com

At first glance this fake diploma review site seems to not be owned by any fake diploma site but we soon changed this opinion as they suddenly changed their review of recommending backalleypress .com to a new positive recommendation of Fakediplomasite .com which is basically run by the same company and is just a duplicate of the earlier site. So you can make your own mind on that and they have even setup another site noveltyidsite .com to give the same recommendation.

Beware www.nd-center.com is another SCAM website that will take your hard earned money and not deliver. I get to know some guys on chat room that had been duped into paying them.

Here's a email they send me:

Dear Sir,
I recently sent this nd-center $400 for a diploma and transcript. 
They acknowledged receipt of the payment but when I e-mail them to 
ask about progress, they ignore me. It is now almost a month since 
they received my payment.

They accept Western Union as the only mode of payment, its unsafe and risky paying them most scammers can pick up the money easily. Beware if anyone suggest wire transfer, cash or western union, forget about it !
