Yes, avoid webhosting which are FREE such as geocities, yahoo, etc...One reason scammers had their website hosted with FREE webhosting are for their convenience, and also need not revealed their info. WHOIS directory does not capture any of their information. Unlike a registered domain with webhosting, its required that these info be feeded.

After our schooling it is a difficult question that now what we have to do next. So from my side I just suggest you that you have to do fake diploma because it is an easy way for getting good jobs with better salary.
